Last week I met with some of our children’s ministry team.  What a great group of people: passionate, committed, hard-working and seeing God at work in children’s lives.   Why then, in churches up and down the country, are so few people willing to join such a team? What if the real mission is what goes on with those who have left the room each Sunday, whilst the preacher baby-sits the adults with a homily?
