YouVersion is a brilliant online tool to help you study and read the Bible.  If you have a smartphone too, it really comes into its own.  I use it all the time, and have found it just brilliant when I am doing my SOAP.

If you haven’t discovered it, check it out.  I am particularly mentioning it now because for a limited period the NIV version of the Bible will be available for you to download for use off-line.  This is not usually possible because of the strict copyright that governs the NIV translation.  It is being made available here though as part of the 400th anniversary celebrations of the King James Bible.  Read more here.
