Burlington Baptist Church is seeking a second MINISTER (part-time).
Who we are
Burlington (burlingtonbaptist.org.uk) is a lively growing community with 240 members. Our buildings are located just off the town centre of Ipswich and people from across the town, and beyond, are a part of our community. Over the last 5 years we have been developing our vision of missional living: of being both a gathered and scattered community as we have launched a number of missional communities.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a part time (20 hours/week) Minister to work alongside our Senior Minister in this vision. Key responsibilities include providing support and direction to all ministries in becoming communities of discipleship and mission, as well as supporting existing and emerging missional communities.
The successful candidate will be an accredited or newly accredited minister of the Baptist Union (or equivalent) and have experience in leading missional communities.
