On some Sunday mornings the men and teenage boys of our extended family meet together for breakfast and a time of prayer, accountability and encouragement in our missional living.

Last Sunday we were sharing Scriptures that were important to us as we enter 2014. One of the younger members of the group shared about his challenge to find a new rhythm of time with God. There was much agreement, and someone talked about a video that had really spoken to them. It seemed like a group kairos was emerging (kairos – a moment that God uses to speak to us). Huddling (no pun intended!) around my iPad we watched this short film. God had spoken. We began to make plans and prayed for each other.
